Mr. Abou El Abbas has over thirty-eight years of experience in the business advisory field, internal audit, risk management, internal control systems. Throughout his professional career, he led numerous projects for establishing Internal Audit, ERM and Compliance functions for both; private and public sectors. Mr. Abou El Abbas has extensive experience in developing operational, financial and administrative systems. In addition, he has experience in conducting financial due diligence, system analysis, system development and other related advisory services for a wide variety of clients across different industries.

During his career Mr. Abou El Abbas worked with a large number of clients on the developing of their operational, accounting, costing and internal control systems and improving their financial capabilities. Mr. Abou EL Abbas is specialized in business diagnosis, internal control system assessment, design & implementation of internal audit manuals. He also worked with major clients on re-organization and restructuring, developing a complete set of operational manuals including all policies and procedures related to the operation, administration and logistics systems. Design a complete set of financial, accounting and costing system package in compliance with the international standards.
