Tarek Youssef

Mr. Youssef has over 40 years of experience in the fields of Auditing, Accounting and Corporate Governance. Mr. Youssef core competencies, vast knowledge base and experience is in the field of corporate governance.  He works both to practically evaluate, implement and monitor processes related to corporate governance in both the private sector and state-owned enterprises. He is a leading speaker in the space of corporate governance since 2001, training boards of directors and other stakeholders in both Arabic and English through tailored training sessions carried out in the form of seminars, workshops and conferences

Mr.Youssef also has vast knowledge and experience in the field of auditing banks and financial institutions. Mr. Youssef has extensive experience in different types of special engagements (company restructuring, company liquidation, investigation of fraud and irregularities, due diligence and other corporate financial services that support management in taking non-routine decisions). In addition he has the experience in assisting clients with a range of business risk services including internal control assessments, internal audit and corporate governance fields.
