Mr. Tarek is backed up 30+ years of experience in the field of accounting/auditing. He has displayed his abilities throughout the years of his service in a number of reputable firms. Mr. Tarek has extensive experience in accounting and auditing both national and multinational companies in various sectors in Egypt & Saudi Arabia, he is an expert in auditing insurance companies 

He has carried out engagements to national and multi-national companies including the organizational restructuring, performance measures and has taken part in many M&As and due diligence engagements. He has vast experience in the application of international accounting standards. In addition, Mr. Tarek’s experience includes overseeing the design and implementation of accounting and internal control systems, as well as advising clients in tax and accounting matters in light of the related professional standards and local laws.
