Mohamed Hilal

Mr. Hilal manages the key clients of the firm on an ongoing basis and is involved in all key engagements. He has significant experience in auditing, planning, and structuring of consolidated public and private financial statements. He has extensive assurance experience serving public companies, including IPO’s and registration statements, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with internal controls under Sarbanes Oxley controls. Mr. Hilal has an extensive experience in the assurance and other related financial services for a wide variety of clients including international organizations and public sector companies. He is very knowledgeable of the Egyptian’s laws, IFRS and US GAAP. 

He has multi-disciplinary experience and has advised clients across financial, manufacturing and service industries, food and beverages, real estate, healthcare and technology. He has been involved in several cross boarder advisory mandates relating to mergers and acquisitions, extensive financial and operational restructuring experience as well as overseeing complex due diligence assignments. 

Mr. Hilal is responsible for conducting risks assessment as well as participating in determining the audit strategy and developing the entire audit plan.
