Mr. Hilal is the Chairman of Baker Tilly Mohamed Hilal & Wahid Abdel Ghaffar. Mr. Hilal has 40+ years of experience in assurance, tax and management consultancy services. He has extensive knowledge of the Egyptian laws and regulations, Egyptian accounting standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Mr. Hilal is involved in complex audit, tax and incorporation matters, he also provides counselling on potential restructuring, acquisitions and merger transactions.
