Mr. Hassan has over 35 years of experience in the field of auditing banks and specialized in banking and financial institutions audits. Over the last 15 years, he has been the “Financial Services Audit Partner”.

Mr. Hassan is also involved in providing audit and advisory services including transactions, restructuring and Securitization deals to a number of financial services clients.

Mr. Hassan works with large-scale institutions and clients, at both the national and group level targeting the improvement of accounting standards, governance frameworks and controls. Employs a motivational and inclusive leadership style to manage a high performing, cross functional team of directors, senior managers, supervisors and auditors. This includes talent management and succession planning that has supported individuals through to director and partner level appointments
