Amr Wahid

Mr. Amr has over 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing field. He has demonstrated his capabilities throughout the years. He has extensive experience in the accounting and auditing of both national and multinational companies across various sectors in Egypt. He is currently holding the position of Vice Managing Partner at Baker Tilly Mohamed Hilal & Wahid Abdel Ghaffar. 

Mr. Amr provides various financial services including tax, accounting and audit services to a wide range of clients. He has carried out several assignments for the assessment of the performance of companies including the organizational restructuring, financial restructuring, performance measures and has taken part in many merger & due diligence assignments. He has extensive experience in financial services audits. He is very knowledgeable of the Egyptian’s laws, IFRS and US GAAP

Mr. Amr holds the following qualifications and memberships: 

• Associate Member, American Institute of CPAs (AICPA)
• Egyptian Society for Accountants & Auditors (ESAA), Egypt and Associate Member.
