Amr Fathalla

Mr. Fathalla has extensive experience in preparing, evaluating and analyzing financial positions, developing and implementing business and financial plans, budget, forecast, and setting financial strategies for multinational companies. He led special assignments (company restructuring, company liquidation, investigation of fraud and irregularities, due diligence and other corporate financial services that support management in taking non-routine decisions). He has assisted clients with a range of business risk services including internal control assessments, internal audit and corporate governance fields. He is also familiar with the local business laws, issues and problems due to his extensive experience in performing restructuring and corporate finance services for different types of Egyptian companies and organizations.

Mr. Fathalla also worked as a professor of managerial finance, financial accounting, and auditing at the American University of Cairo (AUC). He conducted courses in the Financial and Management accounting and CPA review courses.
