Ahmed Hilal

Mr. Hilal has over 15 years of extensive experience providing advisory services to a client base ranging from venture-backed and private equity-backed companies through large multinational corporations. He is very knowledgeable of the Egyptian’s laws, IFRS and US GAAP 

Being part of the corporate finance team in London for five years, Mr. Hilal is now managing the corporate finance department at Baker Tilly Egypt, conducting mergers and acquisitions (sell-side and buy-side) services, valuations, feasibility studies, financial modeling and transactions support as well as other corporate finance services for a wide variety of multinational clients. He has led different types of engagements ranging from valuations, M&As, company restructuring, company liquidation, investigation of fraud and other corporate financial services that support management in taking non-routine decisions.
