Mohamed Hilal & Co. and Wahid Abdel Ghaffar & Co. merged in May 2022 under the name Baker Tilly Mohamed Hilal & Wahid Abdel Ghaffar, the Egyptian member firm of Baker Tilly international.

Mohamed Hilal & Co. was founded in 1951 and Wahed Abdel Ghaffar & Co. was founded in 2002. Both firms are considered pioneers in auditing, tax and advisory in Egypt. Under the new name Baker Tilly Mohamed Hilal & Wahid Abdel Ghaffar, we continue to lead the market with our local expertise and global reach.
